  1. How do I clean my Winward Designs arrangement?

    You can use compressed air, the kind you use to clean electronics, to lightly spray your flowers and remove dust and debris. We recommend you clean your flowers regularly to keep them looking fresh and new. 

  2. How do I store my Winward Designs arrangement?

    You can use the box your flowers came in to store them. Keep your flowers stored in a cool and dry place to keep them looking their best. 

  3. I ordered my arrangement. How can I find information on my shipment?

    You can log into your Winward Designs account to track your arrangement, or you can call customer service beginning 24 hours after you've placed your order and we will help you.  

  4. I have flowers I would love for Winward Designs to carry. How can I let you know?

  5. I would like to resell your products, where can I start?

    We are happy to support our friends in the trade.  Please go to Designer Trade Program and fill out the trade submission form to receive a standard trade discount on all of our products.

  6.  I want to make my own arrangement. Can I do that?

    We are pleased to provide single stem flowers for those with a particular arrangement in mind. With our wide variety of single stem offerings, you can make an arrangement as unique as you.
